Actual video of Davao night market bombing goes viral

The actual video of the bombing at Roxas night market in Davao, which left 15 people dead and 71 others injured, has gone viral online.

The explosion has been described as a terror attack after the Abu Sayyaf Group claimed responsibility for it as a retaliation to the intensified military operations in Patikul, Sulu.

When he visited the blast site hours after the incident, President Rodrigo Duterte declared a state of lawlessness in the entire country. The chief executive explained that it is not martial law.
