Duterte leads latest Pulse Asia survey — report

Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, who used to be among the last choices, is now leading the latest Pulse Asia survey on presidential aspirants.

According to a November 26 article on Pilipino Star Ngayon, Duterte ranked first with 34 percent, followed by senator Grace Poe with 26%, vice president Jejomar Binay, 21%, and former DILG secretary Mar Roxas with 11%.

The survey was conducted in Metro Manila (National Capital Region or NCR) from November 11 to 15, 2015, the report said.

Duterte announced that he will run for president in 2016 during a party in Cavite last Saturday, November 21, six days after the Pulse Asia survey was wrapped up.
