In the 1-minute, 10 second clip, the dog is seen waiting for the stop light. Notice that two women went ahead and rushed to cross the street despite the risk that they might get hit by speeding vehicles.
When the traffic light signaled that it's time for pedestrians to walk, the dog started to step on the lane to reach the other side of the road.
Nobody expected that it would obey traffic rules. What a smart dog!
