The report says the complainant, singer Kristina Karo, claims to have been bestfriends with the star of Jupiter Ascending.

"25 years ago she was in first grade with Mila in Ukraine and they were inseparable. But Kristina says Mila had chicken envy -- specifically a chicken which answered to the name Doggie. Kristina alleges in her lawsuit she loved Doggie like a dog, and so did Mila, who would come to her house and play with the little clucker," the post reads.

Karo is allegedly suing the celebrity to the tune of $5,000 for the emotional distress and the proximity to where they are both working now threw her back to therapy.

The timing of the said lawsuit is suspect as Karo is busy promoting her music video, a dance tune titled "Give Me Green Card" (released four months ago) where she doesn't actually sing but speaks in an unnatural Ukranian accent.

The marketing ploy is probably working as the video now has more views than her three previous music videos combined. Watch:

Meanwhile, Mila Kunis responded with a mocking video, also released by TMZ, together with husband Ashton Kutcher, who calls it shocking that journalists have overlooked the fact that if the allegations were true, the singer was one-month old back then and speaking to Mila in English.

Mila says that she was devastated, weeping and dumb-founded that she "stole" the chicken and apologized for her actions. She adds that she had not been served with the "lawsuit" but feels she had, "emotionally."

She will file a countersuit for making her watch the video that made her body hurt and eyes hurt which requires money.

Seems like a pretty amazing way to drum up attention to a product by attaching celebrities names to it, eh?
