Michael Bublé in hot water over 'body shaming' photo scandal

Michael Bublé got people talking about him today and it doesn't have anything to do with his songs. The singer is currently in hot water over what netizens called a "body shaming" scandal.

The crooner, who shot to fame by singing the standards to bring the big band sound back into the public’s attention, posted on Instagram a photo of him inside an unidentified establishment with a girl wearing skimpy shorts in the background.

Bublé said in the caption: "There was something about this photo lu took ,that seemed worthy of instagram."

The photo posted two days ago brought comments with some calling it inappropriate while others are tagging Instagram and reporting it to have it removed.

One fan called it a "classless move" on the part of the Canadian singer and his wife Luisana Lopilato, who is an Argentine actress and model.

"We don't even know how old she is. Classless move on his part. Way to objectify women you don't even know, buble," the female fan posted. Her friend though said otherwise: "I think it's great! haha...shows he's just like everyone else."

Of Bublé's most recent posts, this is the one that has garnered lots of comments from netizens. Some of whom remarked in defense of the "Home" singer, saying it isn't a big deal and that the girl in the photo shouldn't have worn the revealing garment in the first place.

Apparently, the controversial picture was taken in Miami as Bublé has tagged it #onlyinmiami. Additionally, the singer also admired the girl's derriere with the tag #beautifulbum.

Do you think it was a classless act on Bublé’s part?
