Netizens on social media poked fun at a news headline blunder committed by DZMM Teleradyo during the news magazine program of Henry Omaga Diaz.

PNoy, short for President Noy, is commonly used by media for titles of stories concerning Philippine president Benigno Aquino III.
The headline should have been "Pinoy pinugutan sa Saudi dahil sa kasong murder" (Filipino beheaded in Saudi for murder) which tells about the 37-year-old OFW, Carlito Lana, who was beheaded on Friday in Riyadh.
As a consequence, the careless mistake turned it into a subject of ridicule.
Do you take it seriously if you notice anything like it on TV, website or newspaper?
