A love doll and other items have been seized inside the jail room of Bilibid inmate Jojo Baligad, an ex-US Army imprisoned for drug trafficking.
Justice secretary Leila de Lima, together with operatives from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Philippine National Police (PNP), conducted a surprise inspection at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Monday morning, December 15, ABS-CBN News reported.
They were able to discover entertainment appliances, a sauna facility, storage room, secret pathway, and suspected shabu from the room of convicted drug lord Peter Co at the maximum security compound.
According to an ANC report via Yahoo! News Philippines, an undisclosed amount of money and music equipment were found in the room of robbery group leader Herbert Colangco. In other cells, a 48-inch flat screen TV and a PlayStation 4 console among other entertainment devices were also seized.
De Lima reportedly said at least 19 influential inmates will be transferred to another detention cell and their visiting privileges have been suspended. The surprise inspection came after she signed the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 10575, also known as "The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Modernization Law."

Well, probably the high profile inmates were not allowed to smuggle prostitutes inside the Bilibid so they have to be content with a love doll. At least it does not infect them with any sexually transmitted disease (STD).
