According to a report published Thursday on GMA News Online, the incident took place in Pampanga.

Authorities identified the suspect as Salvador Sarto, who hacked the Facebook account of Alice (not her real name) and added explicit images on it.

The victim alleged that Sarto cloned her face from her photos and put it in several pictures of women in compromising positions.

Because of what the suspect did, Alice said she got separated from her husband and abandoned by some of her friends.

The victim went to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) to complain and ask for assistance.

Sarto was arrested during an entrapment operation. Five cellphones, believed to be used in  his hacking activities, a gun, and the marked money were found in his possession.

The suspect, said to be a neigbor of the victim, is facing charges of robbery extortion, illegal possession of firearms, and violation of the anti-cybercrime law, the report said.
