The 24-year-old former beauty pageant contestant has accused the TV host-comedian of raping her somewhere in Pasig City four years ago.

Acosta reportedly recalled she first met Navarro in 'Showtime' in April 2010 when candidates of a pageant she joined in guested on the noontime variety show.

According to Acosta, a female who introduced herself as staff of the program approached and told her that Navarro was asking for her cellphone number, which she heeded.

In the afternoon of same day, Acosta recounted that she allegedly received a text message from Navarro and agreed for an eyeball later in the evening. She said that the actor-host picked her up somewhere near her place.

Acosta added that she agreed to go out with Navarro because she thought he can be trusted and that they were just going to have coffee together, but she was shocked when the comedian-host allegedly asked her if they could go somewhere private.

Details on how the alleged rape transpired did not make its way on national television. However, an alleged complaint affidavit implicating Navarro as the accused surface online.

Veteran print and broadcast journalist Tony Calvento uploaded on his official Facebook page screenshots of the legal document. He posted:

Here is a faithful reproduction I am publishing the affidavit of alleged rape victim (name withheld) of Vhong Navarro. It was given to me exclusively by a very reliable source. The complaint is now awaiting preliminary investigation at the Pasig Prosecutor's Office.

The complainant's real name was withheld. In the said affidavit, she was only described as "Filipino, single with Postal Address at c/o Lingap Pinoy Foundation at #1340 Apolinario St., Barangay Bangkal, Makati City."

The alleged rape victim identified herself as "an official candidate of Ms. Bikini Philippines Pageant sponsored by Slimmer's World, conducted here in Metro Manila from April 11, 2010 to May 5, 2010.

Most of the complainant's statements in the first few paragraphs of the published affidavit apparently coincided with what Acosta said during the aforementioned media interview.

The rest of the paragraphs in the supposed intrument revealed a shocking story on how the alleged crime was committed.
