The official web portal of PAGASA went inaccessible Thursday as people search and browse the internet for updates on Super Typhoon Yolanda.

Weather bulletins, which the state weather bureau should provide, are not accessible due to possible downtime caused by overcapacity that occured many times throughout the day.
