LPA November 22, 2013

In its latest weather advisory, PAGASA said the LPA spotted at 220 km South of Puerto Princesa City will continue to bring moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms over Palawan, while cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas and Mindanao.

State weather forecasters said the surge of the Northeast Monsoon is expected to affect the seaboards of Northern Luzon and eastern seaboard of Central and Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas.

The weather agency advised small seacrafts and fishing vessels not to venture out into the sea due to the big waves generated by this weather system.

As of today, PAGASA added there is no tropical cyclone existing within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
