Several local government units declared class suspensions on Monday, August 12, 2013 due to heavy rains brought by Typhoon Labuyo.

Suspension of Classes - Walang Pasok

The following are the LGUs which ordered suspension of classes, according to ABS-CBN News:
  • Caloocan (public and private; elementary)
  • Las Pinas (public and private; preschool to high school)
  • Makati (public and private; preschool to high school)
  • Malabon (public and private; preschool and elementary)
  • Mandaluyong (public and private; preschool to high school)
  • Manila (public and private; preschool and elementary)
  • Marikina (public and private; pre-school to high school)
  • Muntinlupa (public and private; preschool to high school)
  • Navotas (public; preschool to high school)
  • Pasay (public and private; all levels)
  • Pasig (public and private; preschool to high school)
  • Pateros (public and private; all levels)
  • Quezon City (public and private; all levels)
  • San Juan (public and private; all levels)
  • Taguig (public and private; preschool and elementary)
  • Angeles, Pampanga (public and private; preschool to high school)
  • Bulacan (public and private; preschool to high school)
  • Cainta, Rizal (public and private; preschool, elementary and high school)
  • Cavite (public and private; preschool to high school)

  • Miriam College (including office work)
  • National University
  • Philippine Christian University
  • Philippine Women's University (including office work and JASMS)
  • Polytechnic University of the Philippines (Metro Manila campuses)
  • San Sebastian College (preschool to high school)
  • St. Paul University - Manila
  • St. Paul University - Quezon City
  • Technological University of the Philippines - Manila
  • University of Caloocan City
  • University of Santo Tomas (including office work)
  • University of the East Manila and Caloocan (all levels)
  • University of Makati (elementary to high school)
  • University of the Philippines Diliman
  • University of the Philippines Manila
  • University of the Philippines Los Banos
