A gas tank explosion that occured Sunday in Paco, Manila left at least 15 people wounded. The blast was caught on video by a CCTv camera.
According to ABS-CBN News, the explosion happened while a resident, identified by authorities as Rey Garcia, was fixing a gas tank inside their house along Cristobal Street past 11am.
The closed-circuit television footage shows Garcia’s house exploding and bystanders including children running away for their lives.
A “Super Kalan” liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) leak has been suspected as the cause of the blast.
As of Monday, five out of fifteen victims remain in critical condition at the hospital, the report said.
