Ambient Digital Bares New Payment Procedure

Ambient Digital, a leading advertising network in the Philippines, is set to implement a new payment request procedure starting Friday, February 1, 2013.

Ambient’s publisher manager Keiko Dangilan in an email sent to members Wednesday said the move is aimed at making things simpler for publishers.

Here are the steps on how to request payment from Ambient Digital:
  1. Log on to your Ambient Dashboard account from Day 1 to Day 5 of every month and “tick” the box of the month you want to cash out. Note that there is a 30-day interval before you can cash out a certain month. (For example: all January campaigns will be available for cash out March 1st to 5th.)
  2. Immediately prepare a signed Publisher Invoice, which includes your Name, the Month you want to cash out and all Campaigns that ran on your site(s) for that month. This needs to be sent out to Ambient Digital as soon as possible.
  3. The money should get to you within about 90 days (about 30 days on dashboard payment request + within 60 days for processing of payment after receipt of Invoice). For Check Deposits, include your bank details when preparing the invoice.
  4. After receiving payment, submit an Acknowledgment Receipt with the following details:
    • Total amount received
    • Date received
    • Bank details (if applicable)
    • Complete Name
    • TIN
    • Signature
To avoid delays, Dangilan said publishers are encouraged to send an Invoice immediately after cashing out.
