Arrest Carabuena, QC court orders police

Robert Blair Carabuena, the Philip Morris executive who’s been charged of direct assault against an MMDA traffic enforcer, now faces police arrest.

Citing a court employee, Yahoo! News reports that the Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 42 issued a warrant of arrest against Carabuena on October 8.

The court reportedly found probable cause in the charges filed against Carabuena for mishandling Metro Manila Development Authority traffic constable Saturnino Fabros in August this year.

Is it Karma?

Carabuena was suspended by Philip Morris and Fortune Tobacco Corp. earlier. He already lost the right to own a driver’s license and carry a gun. Now he’s going to prison.

The guy will post bail for his liberty that’s for sure, but he already learned his lessons.
