Philippines 2012 Holidays

MalacaƱang has released the list of official public holidays in the Philippines in 2012 as outlined in Proclamation No. 295. A downloadable copy of the official regular, special non-working days, and special holiday for schools for 2012 is available below.

The first special non-working holiday for 2012 is on January 23 for the celebration of the Chinese New Year.

All Soul’s Day, November 2, was also declared as an additional special non-working day.

  • June 12 (Tuesday) - Independence Day
  • August 21 (Tuesday) - Ninoy Aquino Day
  • August 27 (Monday) - National Heroes Day
  • November 1 (Thursday) - All Saints Day
  • November 2 (Friday) - Additional special (non-working) day
  • November 30 (Friday) - Bonifacio Day
  • December 25 (Tuesday) - Christmas Day
  • December 30 (Sunday) - Rizal Day
  • December 31 (Monday) - Last Day of the Year
