Meanwhile, police authorities have named his siblings Ramon Joseph Bautista and Maria Ramona Bautista as the primary suspects for the killing. Joseph was named as the “mastermind” while Ramona was tagged as “accessory to the crime,” reports said.

Joseph and two other suspects, Michael Altea and Roy Francis Tolisora, are now under police custody.

According to ParaƱaque police chief Senior Superintendent Billy Beltran, Bautista was arrested at 2 a.m. on November 1st.

Maria Ramona, on the other hand, reportedly conspired with RJ and allegedly faked her abduction to cover up the crime, said the ParaƱaque City police Tuesday quoting star witness Ruel Puzon.

In a press conference held Tuesday afternoon, Beltran reporteldy said Maria Ramona and brother Ramon Joseph have been formally charged with murder for their brother's gruesome death and frustrated murder for the shooting of Janelle Manahan, Ram's girlfriend.

Meanwhile, their mother, Genelyn Magsaysay, in a media interview denied that her two children were involved in the murder of their own brother.

“May mga differences kami sa bahay namin, oo meron, pero hindi kayang gawin ng mga anak ko na patayin ang sarili nilang kapatid. Hindi ko sila pinalaki para magpatayan. Hindi ko sila pinalaki para maging bastos,” Magsaysay reportedly said.
