Miss World 2011, the 61st edition of the Miss World pageant took place at the Earls Court Two in London on Sunday, November 6, 2011.
Alexandria Mills of the United States crowned her successor Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela at the end of the event. Gwendolyn Ruais of the Philippines was named First Runner-Up, while Puerto Rico's Amanda Vilanova was chosen as Second Runner-Up.
