No Other Woman to become a 'top grosser'

After watching the web version of the trailer for “No Other Woman,” Star Cinema and Viva Films' latest offering, I came up with a fearless prediction that the movie will become a top grosser.

“No Other Woman” is so timely and touching that you will want to agree with the backers of the Divorce Bill to really push the proposed law forward!

Also, the attack is different. The characters in the movie deliver pick up lines that make one smile even during intense dramatic situations.

One scene that caught my attention was that of veteran actress Carmi Martin and the wife, Sharmaine (portrayed by Cristine Reyes). Carmi compared the world to Quiapo, saying: “Ang mundo ay isang malaking Quiapo, maraming snatchers...maaagawan ka...lumaban ka!”

It's on the video which is embedded below.

No Other Woman starring Anne Curtis, Derek Ramsay and Cristine Reyes, is an adult-romance drama film directed by Ruel Bayani and co-produced by Star Cinema and Viva Films. It is showing in cinemas nationwide on September 28, 2011.

The film's soundtrack is “Now That You’re Gone” which was originally sang by Ella Mae Saison and is covered by Juris, former lead vocalist of the now defunct acoustic band, MYMP, and presently a regular of ABS-CBN's Sunday variety show, ASAP Rocks.
