The Green Archers attempted to stop the Falcons at 3 minutes to play in the final quarter with Norbert Torres and Almond Vosotros leading the attack. They were able to cut the lead by 1 point at the last-two minutes of the game. Twenty-four points of La Salle came from the bench.
Camson sank a jumper from the elbow that brought the lead back to 3, but Luigi de la Paz successfully took a shot from beyond the arc which tied the game at 66-66 twenty eight seconds to end game. The thrill continued as Falcon's Nuyles made two points at 0.8 seconds left.
Camson had 20 points, 4 big rebounds coming off the bench; it was his best game for the season so far.
With Sunday's win, AdU strengthens its position at 2nd place in the ranking, bringing it up six wins over two losses, while La Salle now shares the third place with FEU and UST having a win-loss record of 4 a piece.
