Update as of May 10, 2011 (Tuesday) - FINAL UPDATE:

At 11:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "BEBENG" was estimated 50 km East of Basco, Batanes (20.4°N, 122.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move North at 19 kph.
