Willing Willie new, hi-tech, LCD studio (2011 photos)

This is a follow-up to our post about the possible grand comeback of TV5's primetime game show Willing Willie, which became controversial after its host-producer, Willie Revillame, was accused of allegedly committing child abuse against 7-year-old boy Jan-Jan Suan last month.

Four more days to go before the network-imposed two-week suspension of Willing Willie, which started April 11, ends.

What's next? Will the show be back on-the-air this Monday, April 25? Will Willing Willie stage a grand comeback? What about the rumored hi-tech studio full of LCD monitors? It seems TV5 and Willie are mum about it.

Earlier, the Kapatid network in a statement said it “will work with Mr. Willie Revillame and WilProductions, Inc. in order to improve the program and ensure that it will continue to bring fun and entertainment to its many loyal viewers.”

The latest update from the Kapatid network is that it has released through its website the “Guidelines on the Treatment of Children as Viewers, Subjects, Talents or Participants” [full text], but no news about Willing Willie's return surfaced up to now.

TV5 is currently off-the-air, from Maundy Thursday to Good Friday, and will resume broadcast on Black Saturday, April 23 at 6:00 AM. We hope they'd come up with an update by that time.

Anyone who has photos of the new Willing Willie studio? Put the link in the comments section below before 11:59 PM of Black Saturday and if the photos are authentic, we might be giving the uploader a token of appreciation.
