Dinagyang Festival 2011 was launched locally in October last year but the main highlights of the activity are presented this month. Dinagyang Festival, which is the biggest and most-anticipated event in Iloilo, is dubbed by the Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines (ATOP) as the Best Tourism Event in the Philippines.
