The 2010 American Music Awards winners were announced on November 21 (November 22 in PHL). The show was held at the Nokia Theatre at the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Cristina Aguilera among other popular artists performed at the 38th American Music Awards 2010.

The presenters included Jenny McCarthy, Jessica Alba, John Legend, Mandy Moore, Natasha Bedingfield, Ryan Seacrest, Samuel L. Jackson, Seal, Sheryl Crow, Taio Cruz, The Band Perry, Willow Smith plus other surprise appearances.
