Update, September 16, 2010:
At 2:00 p.m. today, Tropical Storm "INDAY" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 603 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (21.6°N, 128.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120 kph. It is forecast to move North Northeast at 7 kph.
