The official website of the Office of the President is currently under construction. How true is it that the portal to the office of President Noynoy Aquino will be launched on July 26 in time for his first SONA? And is it also true that the site will get more social instead of being too static and uninteresting?

We have some suggestions to whoever is building the president's website right now.
- Make the site more social.
- Integrate a chat box with a strict moderation policy.
- Include a "Facebook-like" commenting system.
- Add a Forum where citizens can register, upload photos and videos, and share experiences.
