Eventhough top Philippine media organization ABS-CBN has constantly talked about it, there were a dozen persons who emailed us Monday inquiring about what brand/model of touchscreen television did the station use during their 2010 poll coverage.
The answer is LG Infinia - a Live 3D borderless, 103" touchscreen TV - which was introduced by popular TV personality and wife of vice presidentiable Mar Roxas, Korina Sanchez-Roxas, in her Sunday talk show "Rated K" back in March (details).
ABS-CBN also used "virtual presence," a feature of an advanced technology called "augmented reality" that produces a 3D image of a reporter at the studio in real-time, as shown in the screenshot below.
