Globe Tattoo WCDMA Only Mode

WCDMA ONLY network setting in Globe Tattoo provides a 3G or HSDPA connection with speed of up to 3.6 Mbps. Pretty fast huh? But how do you set your Globe Tattoo to WCDMA only mode? Here's the tweak.

1. Insert Globe Tattoo USB to your computer.
2. Open the Globe Tattoo user interface but DO NOT connect yet.
3. Go to Tools > Options > Network.
4. In the Network Type dropdown box, select WCDMA Only > Apply > OK and you're done.

Now choose your profile and click Connect. You will notice that your Globe Tattoo will directly look for a 3G, WCDMA or a HSDPA connection only, unlike in WCDMA-preferred that it will look for and possibly connect to GPRS and Edge.

A more stable connection will likewise be observed when Globe Tattoo WCDMA-only mode is activated.
