Tips to Connect to Smartbro Customer Service Easily

Dial *1888 on your Smart cellphone.

During a successful connection, that is if your lucky that network's not busy, you will hear the following in a voice prompt.

1. To apply for a Smartbro connection, press 1.
2. To follow up on your application or scheduled installation, press 2.
3. For billing and non-technical concerns, press 3.
4. For Technical support, press 4.

The best number to press is #1. It will just take a second or two and a customer service representative will answer your call thinking that it is for a new application.

Just state the reason that no one answered when you pressed 4 so you've pressed 1, they won't mind anyway and they all have the same scripts to use for rebuttals. In short, they are prepared.

Forget about pressing number 4. It will take forever before they answer you. All you will hear is a crappy advertisement theme song.
