'New details' about the DLSU student who committed suicide surface

Alleged new details about the De La Salle University (DLSU) Dasmariñas student who committed suicide due to love problems surfaced online.

According to a reliable source, a sister of whom is taking up computer science at DLSU Dasma, it was said that lovers' quarrel as the reason behind Mark's death is true but it appears that he had much deeper problems.

The brokenhearted student reportedly jumped off the 42-feet grandstand inside the campus. His lifeless body was found sprawling behind the school facility early Thursday morning, January 7.

Mark, a second year college student who took up computer engineering, did not attend his last subject nor go home the day prior, according to some of his classmates.

The source received information that Mark allegedly made a girl pregnant, but the problem was that he was "bi" or bisexual.

Also, there's a subject at DLSU Dasma about God and the Bible taught in a way that students are hit right through the heart, the source's sister reportedly shared.

Apparently realizing the lessons on religion and values formation, it was said that Mark turned remorseful for his faults and wrongdoings — the alleged reason why he took his own life.

This shocking information was not independently verified.

Meanwhile, school officials, teaching staff, and students of the university got irate when PhilStar.com published a news story about the incident titled "Estudyante nag-ala superman sa school, patay." The article was already deleted but a cached copy can be accessed via Google.

DLSU Dasma already submmitted a complaint against the publication, the source added.
