WATCH: What happens when you park in a handicap spot in Brazil?

In the Philippines, cars blocking ramps for persons with disabilities (PWD) are often ignored, but what happens when you park in a handicap spot in Brazil? Watch this.

In the video, which went viral and got viewed millions of times on YouTube and Facebook within 24 hours, an embarrassed and furious driver is seen trying to remove hundreds of blue Post-it notes from the windshield and side window of his car.

It was found out that a group of vigilantes covered his vehicle with blue Post-it notes—white ones were used to create the wheelchair symbol (international symbol of access)—when he parked his car in a handicap spot.

Scores of onlookers cheered while some took photos and videos, acts that the inconsiderate driver definitely found humiliating so he drove off the scene with a red face, but not before he was issued a ticket.

Should concerned Filipino citizens set this as an example to promote the welfare of PWDs? What do you think?
