Winnie-the-Pooh and the Bees dance video of twerking Russian girls goes viral, stirs the web

Winnie-the-Pooh and the Bees is a controversial dance performance video of twerking Russian girls that has gone viral and stirred the web.

The video shows female teens in skimpy outfits performing dance moves that include twerking, the gesture infamously done by American pop star Miley Cyrus at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) in 2013.

In the tune of techno, the girls shook their behinds up and down for two minutes and, at one point, twerked with their hands and knees on the floor.

The incident happened at Kredo, a dance school in the city of Orenburg, Russia that offers twerking classes since late last year, according to a report published on Yahoo! News.

The video, which was uploaded on YouTube over the weekend, already garnered over five million hits. It has caused a stir in the internet and drew the attention of Russian authorities, who are now conducting a probe on the activities inside the facility.

Officials of the dance school have yet to give a word while its website had been shut down.
