Willie Revillame returns to GMA, to host 'WowoWin'

Actor-comedian and game show host Willie Revillame has returned to GMA-7 and is set to host the upcoming weekly variety-game program "WowoWin."

On its Twitter account, the Kapuso network posted on Friday that Revillame is "now a Kapuso, will have game show on GMA."

A photo of the controversial TV host during the contract signing with network executives, including chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon, was attached.

"WowoWin," which will be directed by Revillame's longtime friend and former co-host, Randy Santiago, is set to air every Sunday.

Earlier reports said the new game show won't be produced by the station because he will be a blocktimer.

Prior to "WowoWin," Revillame was the host of TV5's "Willing Willie," "Wil Time Bigtime" and "Wowowillie" from 2010 to 2013 after he jumped ship from ABS-CBN where he hosted "Wowowee" from 2005 to 2010.
