Vacationer complains of luggage theft at airport

A vacationer complained of luggage theft at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and shared the story on social media to raise awareness.

Cenia Delrosario, whose profile shows that she's from Oslo, Norway, posted a video about the incident.

The narrator said the owner of the bags, who arrived from Canada via an ANA (All Nippon Airways) flight, was shocked to find out that the baggage locks have been destroyed and most of the content were stolen.

She said several pasalubong items including watches and perfumes were taken by people who assisted the victim at the airport. It was not specified if they were airport personnel or porters.

Another woman can be heard in the video saying that the owner of the bags was on a wheelchair.

In the caption, Cenia reminded those who want to come home or have a vacation in the Philippines to check their luggage before leaving the airport as the incident could happen to anyone.

The viral video already got over 1 million views since it was uploaded last Wednesday, March 18.

Some netizens said they can relate to the story while others expressed doubt that the incident actually happened. A few said the video should been taken at the airport to serve as evidence.
