This time around, the LTFRB has urged commuters to report erring taxi drivers who do not honor or agree to the ten-peso rollback even if it is still provisional. All taxicab drivers must now manually deduct P10 from the total fare as the taxi meters will not be calibrated as of yet.

You may now report drivers who refuse the rollback to these numbers:
  • 426-2515
  • 0921-448-7777
This implementation covers all the taxicabs nationwide. The governing body also announced that there is a 5,000 pesos fine for the first offense.

To increase awareness of the provisional rollback, the LTFRB has already begun distributing stickers for free to taxicab drivers.
