Manny Pacquiao buys JLo's former mansion [+video]

A mansion formerly owned by Latin-American singer-actress Jennifer Lopez has been formally purchased by Manny Pacquiao, latest reports said.

Located in a posh area in Beverly Hills, California, the JLo mansion caught the interest of the Filipino boxing icon because of its location among other reasons.

The property boasts of seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a grand pool area, large walk-in closets, a three-door garage plus a circular driveway with a Mediterranean facade that sits on a 10,000-square foot land.

Manny Pacquiao reportedly bought the mansion for $11 million although it was listed for $12,495,000 on the website of Nelson Shelton and Associates.
