An overseas Filipino worker is seeking justice for having been physically abused by her husband when she went home for a Christmas vacation.
In a lengthy Facebook post on January 3, 2015, Racedha Autor narrated her unfortunate plight in the hands of her own hubby, Jilvinson Bandivas Pagaling.
Racedha said they had a quarrel and separated on December 23, 2014. She lived with her parents since.
On December 25, she said Jilvinson texted and asked her to get their children from their house because he would look for a job.
On December 31st, Jilvinson texted again and told her to come over to his house in Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City because their car already has a buyer and she needed to sign some documents for the deal.
Racedha said she went there the following day along with her kids, mother, stepfather and stepmother. When they arrived, the suspect suddenly drove the children and her stepmother out of the house, leaving the couple alone inside.
There, Jilvinson allegedly punched Racedha in the abdomen and face then choked her. He also allegedly dragged Racedha to the kitchen where he burnt her in the face with a frying pan and repeatedly kicked her legs.
While Racedha was trying to escape, the suspect allegedly pointed a gun on her head and threatened to kill her. When she was able to get out of the house, the OFW said she was beaten up by her husband in front of their children.
The suspect went into hiding following the domestic violence.
