Typhoon Ruby: List of Critical Areas, Alert Levels

Due to the threat of Typhoon Ruby, the government has released a list of critical areas and corresponding alert levels. View it on this page.

What each alert level means:

Areas placed under ALERT LEVEL "A" may expect moderate to heavy rainfall and winds of 30 to 45 kilometers per hour (kph).

Those under ALERT LEVEL "B" may experience moderate to heavy rainfall, winds of 30 to 60 kph and moderate damage to agriculture. Few large trees may be uprooted and some iron roofing may fall off.

While those areas under ALERT LEVEL "C" may experience heavy to intense rain and winds of 95 to 110 kph.
