Facebook user Jestle Villarte said she met Lola Lita while walking from Sasa to R. Castillo to look for someone who may want to hire her as laundrywoman so she can use the earnings to pay for the fare in going to Magsaysay.

From Talikud Island in the Island Garden City of Samal, the old woman went to Davao to look for her two children. Unfortunately, they already transferred residence—one went to Negros and the other to Compostela Valley—and no longer have communication with each other.

Her 80-year-old husband is a farmer back in their hometown. Both of them still engage in farming despite the old age.

In a comment, Villarte said Lola Lita is already in Samal. If ever she comes back to Davao, which is most likely, she can be seen more frequently at Agdao Public Market.

Some netizens posted that the old woman seldom asks for money and only waits for kind-hearted persons to give her financial assistance or food.

If anyone of you knows who Lola Lita's children are, have information on their specific whereabouts, or may want to help in other ways, kindly post the details in the comments section below. We will be the one to relay the same to proper authorities.
