In the video posted on the Pinay Astig Facebook page, the profanity-hurling volunteer can be heard as saying "Isang bala ka lang, limang libo ka lang" to the truck driver.

Ramos allegedly got angry after he was almost hit by the truck when the driver maneuvered to move back.

Netizens shared the video to Manila vice mayor Isko Moreno, who immediately took action.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, Moreno said he ordered Ramos' "immediate indefinite suspension effective immediately pending investigation of his possible administrative and criminal liability."

A photo of the memorandum from the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau, which is under the Office of the Mayor, was attached.

It says that effective September 4, Ramos is "suspended from the service for committing irregularities in the performance of [his] duties."
