It appears that San Antonio will win Game 5. They're leading at halftime, 47-40, and if Manu Ginobilli continues to make excellent shots all the way to the final quarter, they will be lifting the championship trophy at home.

Two more quarters to go and knowing the Heat, they're not going to give up without giving the opponent a good fight. It's just that most of the shots from LeBron James and Chris Bosh are not falling for Miami in the second period.

The Spurs used the opportunity to cut a sixteen point lead and turn it in their favor before the end of the first half.

San Antonio stretched their lead to up to 22 points in the third quarter with a barrage of three-point shots from Ginobilli and point guard Patty Mills who stepped up to score 17 points coming off the bench and while Kawhi Leonard was having foul trouble.

Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich told his team to play defense in the fourth quarter which is what they did to open more opportunities in the offensive end.

The Heat tried hard to recover but their 3-point attempts and shots from the paint failed. Miami showed some sort of recognition of the loss when James rested in less than 7 minutes to go in the final quarter. Dwyane Wade and Bosh were also pulled out of the game at 3 minutes remaining.
