PRC bares new schedule of subjects for the October 2012 CPA licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission announced Thursday the new schedules of the subjects in the October 6, 7, 13 and 14, 2012 licensure examination for Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

The new schedule, which is embodied in the attached Memorandum Order No. 2012-07, is as follows:

FIRST DAY
OCT. 6, 2012 (Saturday)	8:00 AM – 11:00 AM	THEORY OF ACCOUNTS
	1:00 PM – 4:00 PM	AUDITING THEORY
SECOND DAY
OCT. 7, 2012 (Sunday)	8:00 AM – 11:00 AM	MANAGEMENT SERVICES
	1:00 PM – 4:00 PM	PRACTICAL ACCOUNTING I
THIRD DAY
OCT. 13, 2012 (Saturday)	8:00 AM – 11:00 AM	AUDITING PROBLEMS
	1:00 PM – 4:00 PM	PRACTICAL ACCOUNTING II
FOURTH DAY
OCTOBER 14, 2012 (Sunday)	8:00 AM – 11:00 AM	BUSINESS LAW AND TAXATION

The PRC clarified that changes in the said schedule will be applicable in the CPA licensure exam for October 2012 only.
