At 4:40 in the second overtime period, Almond Vosotros successfully landed a shot from the three-point area that gave La Salle the advantage, 82-79.

At 3:47, NU’s Bobby Ray Parks got fouled and made 2 for 2 at the freethrow line which has cut down the lead to four.
Teng was fouled at 3:31 and was able to make one out of two freethrow shots. Score was 81-86.
Bulldog Emmmanuel Mbe scored the next shot at 2:26 from a putback, cutting down the La Salle lead by three.
The remaining five seconds had everyone holding their breath as Vosotros got fouled and only made 1-out-of-2 from the line.
The score was 87-83 in favor of DLSU when Parks launched and sank a long three a second left in 2nd OT. Of course it was La Salle ball and there was not enough time left so DLSU won.
The final score was 87-86. Teng finished with a rookie record-high 35 points.
Both teams now hold a 4-3 win-loss record, currently placing fourth in the UAAP 75 men’s basketball (seniors) team standings.
