Miriam's Blood Pressure Shoots Up After Grilling Prosecutor (Video)

Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago suffered high blood pressure after scolding a private prosecutor on Thursday’s impeachment proceedings.
Asked why the lady senator left the trial ahead of adjournment, her media relations officer Tom Tolibas told reporters that she “went home early to rest.”
Tolibas revealed that Santiago’s “blood pressure shot up to 180/90” after grilling Atty. Arthur Lim, one of the private lawyers representing the house panel.
