Yahoo! OMG! Philippines Awards 2011 Winners

Late last month, we've blogged about the Yahoo! OMG Philippines Awards 2011. On June 21st, Yahoo! OMG Philippines has announced the winners in the various categories of the first-ever Yahoo! OMG! Philippines Awards.


Yahoo! OMG Philippines posted that winners for each category “were chosen using search trends on Yahoo! wherein the most searched celebrities have been listed.” It means Yahoo! users “have sought to know more about these celebrities on the site.”

The top four names known to fall under specific categories, Yahoo! OMG Philippines noted, were presented as nominees.

The event organizer said winners were determined by an online poll from June 14 to 18. They were awarded on June 21 at the Republiq Bar in Resorts World, Pasay City.

The Yahoo! OMG! Philippines Awards 2011 winners are the following:
