CSC reopens Online CSE-CAT Application Reservation System (OCARS)
DUE TO THE DISQUALIFICATION of a number of applicants for the Career Service Examination – Computer-Assisted Test (CSE-CAT) during their designated schedule for filing of application forms, the Examination, Recruitment and Placement Office (ERPO) is re-opening the Online CSE-CAT Application Reservation System (OCARS) to accept a total number of one hundred (100) new applications for the CSE-CAT this February 2010.
