Is Mayweather afraid of Pacquiao?

Promoter Bob Arum announced the cancellation of the March 13 mega fight between WBO welterweight champ Manny Pacquiao and pound-for-pound contender Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Both camps did not agree on drug test terms. Mayweather demanded random blood tests before the fight; Pacquiao isn't buying the idea.

Michael Koncz, Manny's adviser, told local press that Mayweather is just afraid to fight Pacquiao. Do you think he's right?
