Why is Gibo winning the race?
THERE ARE THREE REASONS. And these reasons were briefly pointed out to me by 3 friends whom I simply consider as ordinary people - common tao - who are seeking for genuine change.
Personally and frankly, I have four choices for president. But I apologise that this post would appear biased because only one presidential candidate is mentioned; the Lakas-Kampi-CMD standard bearer Gilbert "Gibo" Teodoro as mentioned by three ordinary people - my friends F1, F2 and F3 - in separate occasions.
- F1 said: Gibo is "nakakalamang" (getting ahead) from his opponents because his name is not tainted with corruption issues.
- F2 said: During forum debates, Gibo is cool and collected. He answers questions straight-to-the-point and defends his stance firmly and intelligently. Mudslinging is not in his vocabulary. He knows what he is saying, he knows what he is doing.
- F3 said: Gibo is running not as a politician, but as a leader.

Update 2/11/2010:
In our own online poll, it appears that Gibo will be fighting for the top position in the land against his cousin, Noynoy Aquino. We predicted last year that it will be Gibo against Noynoy, head on! Now, it seems the figures will show truth although it's too early to conclude.
