WindowsX announced the Windows 7 Transformation Pack 4.0 estimated time of arrival or ETA to be on November 28, 2009. Download Windows 7 Transformation Pack 4.0 or 7TP version 4 download.

In his blog post, WindowsX revealed that 7TP 4.0 will include a "new skin".

I wonder what that would be since he has not acknowledged LeeSoft's ViStart 7 (Vista Start Menu for Windows 7) as an addition. Nevertheless, I am anticipating a much better, improved 7TP release this time.
