Hello, are we allowed to have the oath taking anywhere on the venue posted?
good day!.. what if I wont be able to attend the mass oath taking on the scheduled date?.. for example, butuan testing center --- liceo de cagayan univ..Dec 20.. can i still do the oath taking on Dec 22?...
